Welcome to ReDress Hub (referred to as the "App"). These terms of service (the "TOS") serve as the agreement between you and us, governing your use of the App and related services. By accessing or using the App, you agree to abide by these TOS and our Privacy Policy. Your download or access of the App constitutes acceptance of these terms.
ReDress Hub offers an AI-powered virtual try-on and outfit preview application utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms to generate unique content (referred to as the "Services").
You may use ReDress Hub upon access (and/or registration, if required). You have the option to select a photo, image, GIF, or video from your device and upload one or more clothing reference materials (such as top, pants, dress, shoes, bag, scarf, etc.) for try-on processing.
You may also optionally select specific regions for application (e.g., 14-zone precision controls). Our algorithms analyze the chosen media and generate an outfit preview result (referred to as "Generated Content").
Certain functions may be restricted without a paid subscription.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to offer additional services exclusively to paid subscribers. Subscriptions commence after the initial payment, conducted via the specified method and amount indicated at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for all associated fees, charges, and taxes.
We disclaim responsibility for costs incurred from downloads through unrecognized distribution platforms.
You affirm that:
Additional services or functions, referred to as "PRO Features," are provided via paid subscription.
Subscription plans may be weekly or yearly and can vary by digital marketplace.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to provided instructions.
You must comply with:
You must not use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Specifically prohibited illegal or harmful uses include "nudification/'undressing'" or "see-through content."
You must upload only images/videos you own or have consent to use.
You grant ReDress Hub licenses to use submitted content for specific purposes.
ReDress Hub grants you limited licenses to use created "Generated Content" for personal or professional purposes, subject to its Terms of Service (TOS) and applicable laws.
You warrant that submitted content is legal, non-infringing, and compliant with the Agreement and applicable laws.
You agree to indemnify ReDress Hub against third-party actions resulting from submitted content.
The Agreement is effective during the use of the Service.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically.
Free access can be terminated by either party with proper notice.
Certain provisions of the agreement survive termination.
ReDress Hub provides the Service "as is," disclaiming all warranties except as expressly stated in the document and permitted by law.
ReDress Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are committed to protecting personal information and content uploaded and created on the AI virtual try-on service. This includes:
ReDress Hub may introduce new functionalities in future updates, including enhanced garment controls, quality enhancement, background/lighting adjustment, batch variations, or other AI styling tools (such as video-related features).
You are responsible for ensuring content generated through these features is used lawfully and with proper rights/consent. ReDress Hub disclaims liability for misuse or unauthorized use.
All results are generated based on materials uploaded by you and your selections within the App (e.g., photos/images/GIFs/videos, clothing reference materials, and zones). ReDress Hub does not provide "templates" as a required concept for generation.
If you believe any content or result infringes upon intellectual property rights or other rights, please contact intellifox.infotech@gmail.com promptly for resolution.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ReDress Hub regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice to users. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of any revised terms.
