ReDress Hub is an AI-powered virtual try-on and outfit preview application that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to generate unique content ("Services"). We are committed to safeguarding and respecting your privacy. We collect, process, and utilize your personal information solely with your explicit consent.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy, which outlines the circumstances under which we collect data, the methods we use, the purposes for which we utilize it, disclosure to third parties, your rights, and the security measures we implement.

Visual/Region Features (non-identifying processing): We may process visual features and region data (e.g., face/skin/hair/clothing regions, garment contours, segmentation/masks, and zone selections) solely to facilitate virtual try-on and zone-based editing. This information is not processed to identify you as a real-world person.
c. Email Address (if registration is used): If registration is required or offered, we may request an email address for registration and to send a verification code to complete the process.

Generated Content is stored for up to 3 days. Photos, images, GIFs, and videos uploaded directly for virtual try-on are stored on ReDress Hub's server exclusively to provide the Services and are automatically deleted within 3 days. This retention policy is designed to facilitate quick access to generated content when temporarily closing and reopening the App, and for repeated usage of the Services during that 3-day period.
Anonymous, aggregated, or de-identified data is retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.
Data security measures are employed by ReDress Hub to ensure appropriate processing of information, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
Verified contractors with access to data adhere to relevant data processing agreements, and personnel are trained to process data securely according to internal policies.
