These Terms of Service (“TOS”) constitute a binding agreement between you and FaceHub governing your access and use of the App and related services. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these TOS and the Privacy Policy.
FaceHub provides AI-powered face swap functionality for photos, images, GIFs, and videos (“Services”). You may select media from our catalog or upload your own. Our algorithms detect faces and generate new outputs (“Generated Content”). Certain functions may be restricted without a paid subscription.
We may offer additional services or features (“PRO Features”) via recurring subscriptions (weekly or yearly, depending on platform). Subscriptions start upon initial payment and renew automatically unless canceled per the platform’s instructions. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes.

By submitting content, you grant FaceHub a limited license to process and display it solely to provide the Services. You retain ownership of your created materials and may use them for personal or professional purposes, subject to applicable law.
You warrant that your submitted materials are lawful and non-infringing, and you agree to indemnify FaceHub from claims arising out of your content and use of the Services.
This Agreement remains effective while you use the Services. Free memberships or paid subscriptions may be terminated by either party consistent with platform terms. Certain provisions (e.g., IP, indemnification, disclaimers) survive termination.
The App and Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind except as required by law. FaceHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
FaceHub may introduce new features (e.g., AI Face Generation, Enhance, Face Extraction) for entertainment purposes. Users are solely responsible for lawful use. FaceHub disclaims liability for any misuse.
Templates in the App may be submitted by users and are not affiliated with or endorsed by FaceHub. If you believe any content infringes your rights, contact intellifox.infotech@gmail.com for prompt resolution.
We may modify these TOS. Notice will be provided where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
