1.1 Information You Provide

Photos and Videos: We collect photos and videos you upload for face-swapping purposes, subject to your consent. Images containing facial data are automatically deleted after the new content is generated.

Facial Features: Facial feature data (non-biometric) may be extracted solely to enable the face-swapping functionality.

Email Address: Your email address is required for registration, verification, and service-related communication.

1.2 Automatically Collected Data

Usage Information: Includes traffic logs, communication data, and activity patterns within the App.

Device Information: Includes device ID, OS version, browser type, and mobile network data.

2. How We Collect Data

We collect data through technologies provided by third parties, including:

• Cookies & Similar Technologies: To store user preferences and enhance your experience.
• Web Beacons (Pixel Tags): To analyze user engagement and gather statistical data.

3. How We Use Your Information

While you retain ownership of your uploaded materials and generated content, we may use non-photo and non-facial data to:

• Operate and maintain the App and Services;
• Deliver requested features, updates, and notifications;
• Fulfill contractual obligations and improve service performance;
• Customize user experience based on preferences and behavior.

If future data processing purposes differ from the ones listed, we will notify you in advance and request your consent if required by law.

4. Third-Party Data Collection

Certain third parties may use automated technologies to collect data about your device and interactions, including:

• Firebase Crashlytics (https://firebase.google.com) for monitoring and resolving app stability issues.

We do not control third-party tracking technologies. Please contact those providers directly regarding their data practices.

5. Data Retention & Transfer

• Generated content is retained for 7×24 hours, while uploaded photos or videos remain stored only during active use.
• Up to 10 facial feature entries may be stored at a time; older ones are automatically deleted once the limit is reached.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for one month) will have all stored facial data removed automatically.
• EU data transfers comply with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes.

FaceHub implements security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of your data. Authorized contractors adhere to strict confidentiality and data handling protocols.

6. Disclosure of Information

Your personal data may be shared only under the following circumstances:

• With affiliates, contractors, or subsidiaries bound by confidentiality agreements;
• In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers;
• When legally required or to protect our legal rights and users’ safety;
• With your explicit consent.

7. Managing & Deleting Your Information

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format;
• Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Withdraw consent for processing at any time;
• Delete your data (uploads, creations, facial features) within the App;
